Okavango Sitte (Quel Homme de Hus x Greco Sitte) is a star in the making.

The four-year-old grey stallion will seduce breeders with his fine qualities and his genetics, the blood of Quel Homme de Hus coupled with the well-known lines of Belgian breeding Sitte.

A young genetics which already has all of a great

Recently approved as a stallion in the SBS stud-book, Okavango Sitte is sired by Quel Homme de Hus (by Quidam de Revel), team bronze medalist at the Olympic Games, crowned vice-world champion in Herning last summer and multiple winner of Nations Cups, and for mother L'Albertine Sitte, a young mare by Greco Sitte, good winner in the Classic Cycle of four and five years.
Greco Sitte has several 1.60m level horses in his maternal line, like Vatson Sitte,
Curtis Sitte, Sherman Sitte or even Ogano Sitte and Ugano Sitte. Okavango Sitte's second mother, Quristel du Houssoit (by Ksar Sitte), has produced several international winners, including Vladivostok du Houssoit, under Swiss colours, Artemise du Houssoit, international winner 1.55m under American colors, or even Fidelgo du Houssoit, Belgian champion of the four year-olds and five-year-olds and sixth in the six-year-old championship. Artemise du Houssoit is notably the mother
of the approved stallion Gysmo du Houssoit and grandmother of the exceptional Jobolensky Sitte, winner international at seven under the saddle of Pedro Veniss.

Crossing tips:

Okavango Sitte (1.67m) is very modern in its model. His jumping technique is irreproachable and his energy as well as his remarkable balance make him the essential young stallion of this 2023 season! He is also endowed with an excellent character.
His biomechanics show great flexibility at three gaits and great ease in changing feet. He inherited the very bouncy canter from his sire, Quel Homme de Hus, as well as his back passage.
Okavango Sitte will be particularly suitable for important mares that need to be modernized and to whom flexibility and intelligence at the helm must be provided.
